By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Prices and orders
All prices are shown in United States dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after it is placed, where there has been a pricing or stock error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
The product
Noomo products are general wellbeing and comfort devices. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, or have reduced skin sensation, speak with a physician before using a heated product.
Safe use
Follow the manual included with the product. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, do not sleep while the unit is switched on, and keep it away from children.
Returns and warranty
Our 90-day guarantee and 12-month limited warranty are set out in the Refund Policy and form part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove consumer protections available to you where you live.
