Noomo is one person in Seoul, selling one thing.

My name is Seongjin Lee. Noomo is registered in my name in the Republic of Korea, and I am the only person here. There is no team page because there is no team.

Why only one product

I spent months looking before I chose anything. I went through around two hundred product categories and rejected almost all of them — some because the margins only worked if I was dishonest about shipping, some because the category was full of brands making medical claims I wasn't willing to make, and a lot because the products simply weren't good.

The knee massager survived because it does something specific and does it well: it holds a chosen temperature against a joint for twenty minutes without sliding off, and then it stops on its own. That's the whole idea. A hot water bottle slides off and goes cold. A heat pad is flat and tethered to a socket. This is a moulded shell on a fabric brace with two velcro straps, and it stays where you put it.

I would rather sell one thing I can describe accurately than a catalogue I can't.

What I will not tell you

I'm not going to tell you this treats anything. It's a warm massager. It has three heat settings — 45, 50 and 55 °C — a kneading motor, and a twenty-minute timer. What that does for you is your business, and I'm not qualified to make claims about your body. Anyone selling a device like this who promises to fix a medical condition is telling you something they can't support.

Where it comes from, plainly

The unit is made by a manufacturer in China and ships directly from their warehouse. It carries FCC and RoHS certification. Delivery to the United States takes seven to fourteen business days, and I pay the shipping and any duties — nothing is charged to you on arrival.

I'm telling you this because you'd find it out anyway when the parcel arrived, and I'd rather you heard it from me first. It's also why the price is what it is: I'd rather charge honestly for one good unit than pretend there's a warehouse in Ohio.

Why ninety days, and why you keep it

You can have your money back for ninety days. In almost every case I won't ask you to post it back — shipping a knee massager from the United States to Asia costs more than the unit is worth to me, so it makes no sense for either of us. Email me and I refund you within two business days.

That's not generosity. It's the only honest way to sell something at this price when nobody has heard of the name on the box. You're taking a risk on a company that's a few weeks old. The guarantee is me carrying that risk instead of you.

There's also a twelve-month warranty. If it stops working through normal use inside a year, I replace it.
