How it works
Strap. Tap. Relax.
- 1StrapClose the two straps above and below your knee.
- 2TapPick one of 3 heat settings, plus kneading and vibration, on the touch panel.
- 3RelaxTen minutes, then it switches off on its own.
The warmth
Three levels of warmth. You choose.
Pick low, medium or high and it stays on that level for the whole ten-minute session. No kettle, no refilling.
Gentle. For sitting at a desk, or a first session.
The everyday setting.
The most warmth it makes. After a long day on your feet.
Kneading and vibration run alongside the heat, with their own intensity setting. Start on the lowest level and work up.
The fit
It stays where you put it.
A flat pad has the wrong shape for a bent knee, and a hot water bottle has to be refilled and held in place. This is a shell molded to the shape of the knee, on a padded brace with an opening at the kneecap.
- Adjustable hook-and-loop straps close above and below the knee
- One size, adjustable straps
- Hands-free once the straps are closed
- Padded inner face between the shell and your skin

The math
$99 once. Nothing after that.
Nothing to refill, nothing that renews, no appointment to book again. The only number that really matters is what an evening costs.

Questions
Questions worth asking before you order.
What’s different from a heating pad?
A heating pad is flat, usually plugs into the wall, and has to be held in place. The Noomo is a molded shell on a padded brace that straps on above and below the knee, with three heat settings plus kneading and vibration. It runs on its own rechargeable battery, so there is no cord across the sofa and your hands stay free.
When will it arrive?
We hand your parcel to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days and email you a tracking number. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 14 business days, so most orders arrive 8 to 17 business days after you order. Remote addresses and customs can add a few days. It ships free and tracked from our supplier in China. US import duties are on us: if a carrier ever asks you for an import fee, don’t pay it. Email us a photo of the notice and we will pay it or reimburse you in full.
Is it simple enough to give as a gift?
Everything is on a touch panel with a display on the front. There is no app, no account and no pairing, and it charges over USB-C. The wall adapter is not included, so add a USB-C charger if they do not already have one. To ship it straight to them, enter their address at checkout.
What if it doesn’t fit?
The massager is one size: two adjustable hook-and-loop straps close above and below the knee. The two knit sleeves in the box are a fixed size L. They are an extra, not the massager itself.
What happens if it breaks?
A 12-month limited warranty from the day of delivery. If the unit stops working through normal use, we replace it. It does not cover water damage, drops, or disassembly.
Is it a medical device?
No. The Noomo is a heated massager for comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this page is medical advice.
How warm does it get?
It has three heat settings, from gentle to deep warmth. Start on the lowest setting and work up, and switch it off if it ever feels too hot.
Does it knead, or just vibrate?
Both. Kneading and vibration run alongside the warmth, with their own intensity setting.
Is it noisy?
You will hear the kneading motor hum up close while it runs.
How long is a session, and how do I charge it?
Ten minutes, on a built-in timer. Let your skin rest before you start another. Charge it fully before the first use; a full charge takes 3–4 hours over USB-C (wall adapter not included).
Why do the vents light up?
The vent slots glow red and blue while it runs, on every setting. We sell the Noomo for its warmth, kneading and vibration, and make no claims about the lights.
Can I use it while I sleep?
No. Switch it off when you are finished and never wear it while asleep.
Is there anyone who should not use it?
Do not use it on broken or irritated skin, while asleep, or on a child. On high, check your skin every few minutes and stop if it turns red. If you are pregnant, have reduced sensation in your skin, an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, or a medical condition affecting your knee, speak to a physician before using any heated product. Don’t look directly into the lights on the unit.

One product. That’s the whole company.
Noomo sells one thing. We chose it after months of looking. If something is wrong, email support@trynoomo.com and a person usually answers within one business day. Why one product.
Start on the lowest setting and work up. Noomo is a comfort product, not a medical device, and nothing on this page is medical advice. Speak with a physician before using a heated product if you are pregnant, have reduced sensation in your skin, an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, or a medical condition affecting your knee. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, do not sleep while the unit is switched on, and keep it away from children.
