What it actually does
Two simple things, done properly.
Steady, chosen warmth
Four levels: 45, 50, 55 and 60 degrees Celsius. The lower two for sitting at a desk, the higher two after you have been on your feet.
Vibration you can feel, not hear
Four speeds through the contact pad. Quiet enough to use while watching something without turning the volume up.
It stays where you put it
The shell is moulded to sit over the kneecap rather than slide down the leg, and two wide straps adjust to your knee instead of an average one.
A session
Twenty minutes, start to finish.
- 0:00 — Sit down. Open the straps, place it over the knee, press them closed. This is the whole setup.
- 0:10 — Press power. Choose a warmth level and a vibration speed on the panel.
- 2:00 — The shell has reached temperature and holds it there. You stop noticing it is on.
- 20:00 — The timer ends the session on its own. Unstrap it, put it on the side table, plug it in when the battery runs low.
Most people use it seated or lying down. Do not use it while asleep.

How long does delivery take?
Most United States orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We hand parcels to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days and email you the tracking number. Shipping is free and we cover import duties, so nothing is charged on delivery.
What if I do not get on with it?
Email us within 90 days of delivery and we refund you. In most cases we will not ask you to post it back, because shipping it across the world costs more than it is worth to us. No restocking fee.
Will it fit me?
One size. Two wide adjustable straps close around the leg above and below the knee, which covers most adults. If it does not fit you, that is exactly what the 90 days is for.
Is it noisy?
The motor is audible up close and easy to talk over. Most people use it while sitting and watching something.
Can I use it while I sleep?
No. It runs a timed session and switches itself off, and it should not be worn while you are asleep.
Who should not use it?
Anyone with reduced sensation in the skin, an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, broken or irritated skin over the knee, or who is pregnant, should speak to a physician before using any heated product.
